Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strong academic and administrative leadership with a focus on boarding school systems and student life.
2. Promote excellence in teaching, learning, and residential care.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve academic outcomes and overall student well-being.
4. Ensure effective management of hostels, pastoral care, student discipline, and safety protocols.
5. Foster a positive residential school culture that promotes respect, discipline, character-building, and independence.
6. Oversee school operations, including curriculum planning, staff recruitment, hostel administration, and financial management.
7. Coordinate closely with house parents, wardens, and residential staff.
8. Engage with parents, students, and the wider community to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Master’s degree in Education or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
2. Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
3. Mandatory experience in a residential / boarding school environment, including hostel management.
4. Strong understanding of student welfare, pastoral care, and residential life management.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven track record in curriculum development, school administration, and team leadership.
7. Passion for education and a deep commitment to student success and holistic development.
