1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TeachCBSE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About TeachCBSE

TeachCBSE is a job platform that connects teachers with CBSE affiliated schools across India and abroad. The Platform is operated under the domain teachcbse.com.

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation with CBSE Board

TeachCBSE is an independent, privately operated platform and is in no way affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or officially connected with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the Ministry of Education, the Government of India, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The name "TeachCBSE" is used solely for representational purposes to indicate that the Platform is designed to serve educators and institutions operating within the CBSE-affiliated school ecosystem. The use of the term "CBSE" in our name does not imply any form of official recognition, sponsorship, or partnership with the CBSE Board. All references to CBSE affiliation numbers and school verification are based on publicly available data published by the CBSE Board, and TeachCBSE bears no responsibility for the accuracy or currency of such data.

4. Service Pricing and Future Changes

TeachCBSE is currently offered as a free-of-charge service to all registered teachers and schools. There are no fees for registering, creating a profile, posting job vacancies, or applying for positions at the time of these Terms. However, the Platform operator expressly reserves the right to introduce, modify, or implement a pricing structure, subscription model, or premium service tiers at any point in the future, with or without prior notice. Users will be notified of any material changes to the pricing policy through the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any such notification shall constitute acceptance of the revised pricing terms.

5. User Accounts
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Each user may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
6. Teacher Users
  • Teachers may create a profile, upload their CV, and apply for job postings.
  • All information provided must be truthful and up to date.
  • Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or credentials is strictly prohibited.
7. School Users
  • Schools may register, post job vacancies, and search for teachers.
  • Schools must provide a valid CBSE affiliation number for verification (optional but recommended).
  • Job postings must be genuine and accurate. Fake or misleading job postings are prohibited.
  • Schools must not demand any fees from teachers for job placement.
8. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content.
  • Harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to other users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform through automated means without prior written consent.
9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on TeachCBSE is the property of its operator. Users retain ownership of the content they submit (CVs, profiles, job postings) but grant TeachCBSE a non-exclusive license to display and distribute such content on the Platform.

10. CBSE Verification

TeachCBSE verifies school affiliation numbers against publicly available CBSE data. This verification is provided "as-is" and does not constitute an endorsement of any school. Users should conduct their own due diligence.

11. No Guarantee

TeachCBSE does not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes. The Platform serves as a connection tool between teachers and schools. All hiring decisions are solely between the involved parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

TeachCBSE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, posts fraudulent content, or engages in abusive behavior, without prior notice.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
