The Operator reserves the right to remove any Job Posting that contains discriminatory language or criteria and to suspend School Users who repeatedly violate this clause.
9. User Content
Users retain ownership of the Content they upload. By submitting Content to the Platform, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use such Content solely for the purposes of operating, providing, and promoting the Platform and its Services. This licence terminates when you delete the relevant Content or close your Account, subject to the Operator's data retention obligations and any legal requirements.
You represent and warrant that:

The Operator may, but is not obligated to, review, moderate, edit, or remove any Content at its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, the Operator may remove Content that:
- Violates these Terms or applicable law;

- Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party;
- Contains offensive, hateful, or harmful material;
- Is identified as spam or artificially manipulated;

Removal of Content does not create liability on the part of the Operator. Users who believe their Content was removed in error may contact us via the Contact page to request a review.
11. Educational Resources and Board Question Papers
The Platform provides access to CBSE board question papers, marking schemes, and other educational materials ("Educational Resources"). By accessing or downloading Educational Resources, you agree that:

The Operator will not send unsolicited promotional emails unrelated to the Services without your prior consent.
13. Salary Data and Insights
Salary data and insights provided on the Platform are indicative only and are based on aggregated, self-reported, or publicly available data. They do not represent guaranteed or market-certified salary benchmarks. The Operator makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of salary information. Users must not rely on this data as the sole basis for salary negotiations, employment decisions, or financial planning.
14. School Verification and Directory
The school directory on the Platform is based on publicly available data, including CBSE affiliation records. The Operator does not independently verify each school's current operational status, affiliation standing, ownership, management, or financial condition. The presence of a school in the directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by the Operator. Users are advised to independently verify school credentials and conduct due diligence before accepting employment or entering into any professional arrangement.

16. Reporting Violations
If you encounter Content, a Job Posting, or User behaviour that you believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise harmful, please report it via the Contact page with as much detail as possible. The Operator will review all reports and take action it deems appropriate, which may include removing Content, suspending the relevant Account, or reporting the matter to law enforcement authorities.
Reports made in good faith will not result in any action against the reporting User. However, deliberate false reports made to harm other Users may themselves constitute a violation of these Terms.

- Use a strong, unique password for your TeachCBSE Account;

Any changes to access fees or billing terms will be communicated to registered Users at least 30 days in advance via email and a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the new pricing terms. The Operator will not retroactively charge Users for features that were free at the time of use.
19. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, visual elements, branding, logo, trademarks, source code, software architecture, original written content, and database structure — are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to Users. Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide to the Operator may be used by the Operator freely without compensation or attribution.
20. Accuracy of Information
The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any User-submitted, third-party, or publicly sourced information appearing on the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

Users must independently verify all important information before relying on it for professional, financial, or legal decisions.
21. No Employment or Placement Guarantee
The Platform provides tools and a marketplace to facilitate connections between teachers and schools. It does not act as an employment agency, placement consultant, staffing firm, or guarantor of employment. The Operator makes no representation or warranty that:

22. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources (including the official CBSE website, government portals, school websites, and external blog links) that are not owned or controlled by the Operator. The Operator:
- Has no control over the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services;
- Does not endorse or accept responsibility for any third-party content or services;
- Is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party links or services.
Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk. You are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
23. Privacy and Data Protection
The Operator collects, processes, and protects personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Users who have not paid any amount to the Operator acknowledge that the Platform is provided free of charge and that this limitation reflects the commercial nature of the relationship.
26. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:

28. Changes to the Platform and Terms
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or its features at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to Users. These Terms may also be amended periodically. When material changes are made:

29. Force Majeure
The Operator shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, floods, fires, earthquakes, government orders or actions, pandemic or epidemic outbreaks, telecommunications or internet infrastructure failures, cyber-attacks, power failures, industrial disputes, or third-party service provider outages. The Operator will take reasonable steps to resume performance as soon as practicable.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, in the English language, and the seat of arbitration shall be India.
Step 4 — Courts: For matters not subject to arbitration, and for interim or injunctive relief, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Operator retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of its intellectual property rights or to stop prohibited conduct on the Platform.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
32. Waiver
The failure of the Operator to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be expressly stated in writing and signed by an authorised representative of the Operator. A waiver of any breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between Users and the Operator with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, arrangements, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
