Alerts & Updates Guide

TeachCBSE offers instant alert notifications matching your preferred subjects and teaching locations, as well as real-time CBSE blog updates and circulars. You can receive these matches directly to your Email inbox or via our real-time Telegram Bot.

1. Email Alerts

Email alerts are sent when new job postings are published that match your preferences.

How to Setup Email Alerts:
  1. Log into your TeachCBSE Teacher account.
  2. Navigate to your Dashboard and click on Alerts (or visit Alerts Preferences directly).
  3. Fill in your preferred Subjects and Locations (City or State).
  4. Toggle the Email Subscription switch to ON and save.

You can modify your alert preferences or unsubscribe at any time from your settings panel. Every alert email also contains a direct, one-click Unsubscribe link at the bottom.

2. Telegram Alerts & Updates (Real-Time)

Telegram alerts are dispatched in real-time. The moment a school publishes a matching job opening or a new CBSE update/blog post is published, our bot instantly sends a message directly to your Telegram chat.

Setup Procedure:
Step 1: Link your Telegram Account

Go to Account -> Telegram Setup on TeachCBSE. Click on the Link with Telegram button, which redirects you to our official bot, or open your Telegram application, search for @teachcbsebot, and send your personalized verification code (e.g., /start CODE).

Step 2: Verify your Mobile Number

Once linked, you must verify your mobile number. You can do this in two ways:

  • Option A (OTP): Enter your mobile number on our website. We will send a 6-digit OTP code directly to your Telegram chat. Enter the OTP back on the site to verify.
  • Option B (Direct): In the Telegram chat with our bot, click the Verify Mobile Number button to share your Telegram contact card and instantly verify.
Step 3: Enable Alert Subscription

After verification, job alerts and CBSE blog updates are enabled automatically. You can toggle your subscription preferences on the website or send control commands directly to the bot.
