CBSE Resource Vault Guide
The Resource Vault is a centralized database containing essential study resources, lesson plans, CBSE sample papers, textbooks, and syllabus structures designed to assist teachers, schools, and students.
1. Finding and Filtering Resources
TeachCBSE structures resources clean and hierarchically. You can browse resources directly by categories:
Resource Types
Browse through Syllabus, Sample Papers, Mind Maps, Textbook Solutions, Question Banks, Notes, Topper Keys, and Lesson Plans.
Class Filtering
Quickly filter by CBSE classes ranging from Class 9, Class 10, Class 11, to Class 12, or filter by specific subjects.
2. Downloading Documents
Accessing resources is straightforward and free. Simply follow these steps:
- Visit the Resource Vault Dashboard.
- Click on the resource card that you wish to download to view its metadata (size, author, class, rating).
- Click the Download Resource button. You must be logged into a verified TeachCBSE account (Teacher, Student, or School) to complete downloads.
3. Uploading & Contributing Resources
Educators are encouraged to share curriculum-aligned notes, textbooks, and previous papers to assist other members.
Upload Rules and Quotas:
- Authentication Required: Anonymous uploads are not allowed. You must log in to upload files.
- Allowed Formats: PDF files, DOC, DOCX, XLSX, and images (JPEG, PNG).
- Global File Limit: The maximum file upload size is strictly capped at 25 MB.
- Upload Quota: Each registered educator can upload a maximum of 10 files in every 6 hours.
To upload content, navigate to the Teacher Hub from your account menu, click Upload Content, fill in the metadata fields (Subject, Class Level, Title, and Description), select your file, and click upload.
